We are looking to create a Cycling Group based out of the Fitness Centre. Thegroup would meet one evening a week and do approx 1.5 hiurs of rding or 35km at a nice easy pace. If you are interested let reception know and we will inform you when the Group becomes active.
Mclaren Vale running group meets at the Fitness centre every Wednesday evening @ 6pm. The sessions are based around speed and interval training and last for about 1 hour. All welcome.
