McLaren Vale Fitness are aware of the needs of our more mature residents in the community and we are therefore continually looking at suitable classes to offer our members. Currently, we have several classes specifically targeted, namely:

 

  • Strength & Wellness - a program specifically developed for those over 50
  • Power - a muscle toning and conditioning workout suitable for all ages and fitness levels
  • Step - an athletic cardio blast suitable for all ages and fitness levels
  • Yoga - excellent for relaxation, flexibility, stress relief, body alignment & posture
  • Aqua Fitness - use the buoyancy, resistance & therapeutic effects of water
  • Aqua Gentle - water based activity emphasizing joint mobility, aerobic conditioning and muscular endurance
  • Aqua Mobility - a rehabilitation water class to improve joint mobility and relieve stress

 

Our aim is to encourage you with a range of exercises so that you can benefit from improved health and lifestyle. We will tailor your exercises towards individual goals and needs, based on an assessment of your current fitness level, prior to commencing sessions.
